Change Carrier Name From Your Lock Screen In Android
It might feel a bit boring to see the operator name on your Android device time you open the Screen. We may change the displayed name of the GSM provider to further customize the smartphone to our personal use or preferences. Also, if we use two SIM cards (Dual SIM) from different network operators, we can change the names individually.
How To Change Operator Name In Status Bar
Tap on Settings and choose Notifications & Control center.
Then tap on Status bar and hit on Edit carrier name.
Choose the SIM card 1 or 2 name box (Dual SIM)
Type a Name and tap the back button.
To revert to the default Carrier Name :
Settings and choose Notifications & Control center
Tap on Settings and choose Notifications & Control center.
Then tap on Status bar and hit on Edit carrier name.
Choose the SIM card 1 or 2 name box and delete the name you typed.
