Android phones comes equipped with the ability to enable Developer options, which lets you test some features. Whatever your reason for wanting to access the hidden options, you have to unlock them first.
Enable Android developer options.
Launch the Settings app on your phone.
Scroll to the bottom and select About phone.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Build number 7 times and after the first few taps, you should see the steps counting down until you unlock the developer options. When you’re done, you’ll see the message “You are now a developer!”. Congratulations.
Now on the Settings you will see Developer Options. You can access all the Development Mode options by tapping on Developer options.
How to Turn OFF Android Developer Options.
You can either disable or entirely hide the Developer Options
Open your phone’s Settings and then tap Developer Options.
You will see a toggle to enable or disable Developer Options. Turn Off the toggle.
You have successfully disabled the Developer Options on your Android Phone. If you wish to enable Developer Options later, you can turn on the toggle again.
If you want to remove the Developer options:
Open the Settings.
Scroll down and tap on Applications.
Then Find the Settings app and touch on it to open.
Tap on “Storage” to clear the app data and cache data of your Settings app then hit “Clear Data”.
Go back to the Settings menu and check to see if Developer options is gone. If you ever want to re-enable Android’s Developer options, all you have to do is go back to your device’s About phone or tablet menu and repeatedly tap on the build number.
