Disable the Welcome Experience on Windows 10

Open the Settings.
Select the Notifications and actions tab and scroll down to the ‘Notifications and actions ’ section.
Then on the right, scroll down and uncheck the “Show me the Windows welcome experience after updates and occasionally when I sign in to highlight what’s new and suggested” box.
That’s all. This option is enabled by default, so simply uncheck it in the Settings app and it should no longer show up after installing updates.
