Airplane mode is a setting available on nearly all smartphones, laptops, and similar devices. Airplane mode disables a device’s cellular radio, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth “all the wireless transmission functions”.
Airplane Mode is also useful anytime you want to conserve your device’s battery. Also, if you’re seeing temporary drops in your cellular connection, toggling Airplane mode on and off can sometimes reconnect your device to the internet.
How to quickly turn airplane mode on or off
Swipe down from the top of your screen. This will open your device’s notification panel. (If you want to turn Airplane mode on or off while on the lock screen, swipe down from the notification area to reveal the Quick Settings menu.)
On the Quick Settings screen, tap the Airplane Mode option to toggle it on or off.
To permanently disable airplane mode, follow the steps below
Open the Quick Settings menu. (swipe down from the top of your screen)
On the bottom-right corner, you should see an “Edit” button. Tap Edit” button.
Tap the Airplane mode icon and then drag it to the list named “Drag to remove” at the bottom of this screen.

Follow these instructions to turn on airplane mode option from the Settings menu on your device.
