With the offline mail mode enabled for Gmail, users will be able to access more or less every feature of Google’s email service without any internet. How to Set Up Gmail to Use Offline
Open your Gmail account on your Mac, Linux, or Windows PC and access the settings using the cog icon at the top right corner. In the pop-up menu, select “See all settings” to open the settings menu.
Find “Offline” on the list of settings menus available, and click it.
Select the Enable offline mail check box. In the Sync settings section, choose how long you want Gmail to store offline mail and whether or not to download attachments.
Under Security, choose either Keep offline data on my computer or Remove offline data from my computer then click Save Changes.
