Windows 10 comes with .NET 4.5 framework available, but, you may notice that some programs Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Feature (which includes .NET Framework 2.0 and .NET Framework 3.0) needs to be enabled. Here’s how to enable support for those versions of .NET Framework.
Method 1 – Enable Windows .NET 3.5 Framework from Control Panel
1- Press the Windows key on your keyboard and type “Windows Features” in the search box
2- Click “Turn Windows features on or off” to open the configuration dialog.
3- Then check .NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0) and click OK.
4- Next, you’ll need to download files from Windows Update.
5- Wait while the previous versions of .NET Framework are downloaded and installed. A restart might be required.
Method 2 – You can download .NET 3.5 Framework on Windows 10 directly from Microsoft’s website.

After download completes, you can install it by just double-clicking on the downloaded file and following the on-screen instructions.
