This article shows you how to disable or stop Microsoft Teams Chat app from automatically starting in Windows 11.
By default, when you start your PC, Microsoft Teams will automatically start up every time you log in. But there are multiple ways to prevent Microsoft Teams from opening automatically when you boot your Windows computer.
How to stop Microsoft Teams from logging you in automatically

Method 1:
Open Windows Settings and navigate to Apps > Startup.
Locate “Microsoft Teams” in the list of apps on the Startup pane. Click the switch to the right of it to turn it “Off.”
Method 2:
Launch the Task Manager (Control + Shift + Esc) and go to the Startup tab. Select Microsoft Teams from the list and click Disable at the bottom-right corner of the Task Manager window.
Method 3:
Open Microsoft Teams and in the top right corner click on the horizontal 3 dots icon and then click settings.
Uncheck the Auto-start application option.
