You can change the Default Search Engine on Chrome and here’s how to do it.
Each Internet browser uses a default search engine. This determines which search engine is used when you type in the address box. The address bar in Google Chrome can be used as a search box, and the default search engine is, obviously, Google. But changing the default search engine is simple and fast.
How to change your default search engine on Google Chrome
Open the Chrome browser.
Click on the three dots icon in the top right corner of the screen, then select Settings in the dropdown menu.
On the left side of the screen, click the Search engine option or scroll down through the list of settings until you find the section called Search engine.
Under the Search engine section, click the down arrow where it says Search engine used in the address bar. Choose one of the search engines from the list. ( You get to choose between Google, Yahoo!, Bing, DuckDuckGo, and Yandex.)
