Windows 10 allows you to change the color and accent color of the Start menu, Taskbar, and Action Center through the Settings app. Here’s how it is done.
Change Taskbar And Start Menu Color
Open Settings on your Windows 10 PC using the Start Menu icon. You can use the keyboard shortcut Windows key + I to open Settings as well.
Then Click on Personalization.
