1- Disable startup programs and Restarting your PC

Press the Ctrl + Shift + Esc shortcut.
The Task manager window will open. Click on the “Startup” tab, and you will see a list of programs that run at startup.
Right-click on the applications that you don’t want to run at startup and select “Disable”. Once you’ve disabled start-up programs, restarting your computer can help take care of any stored RAM. Restarting your PC will also clear memory. While this obviously won’t increase your total RAM, it will clean up processes running in the background that could be eating up RAM.

The fastest and easiest way to clear up memory that’s being used is to make sure there are no system processes consuming all the system resources. Check the system processes listed in the Task Manager and look for problem applications you don’t recognize that are consuming excessive RAM.

– Sort the processes by Memory and look for programs at the top of the list that you don’t recognize. For more information, switch to the Performance tab. İf you spot any problem applications, uninstall those problem applications.
