Dark Mode is the in-demand feature for smartphone users.
Many users simply prefer the look of a dark interface. Dark mode, it can save battery life big time. If your device is running pre-Android 10, you will have to manually switch on dark mode for every app, including Google Calendar.
Enabling Dark Mode in Google Calendar
1- To turn on dark mode for Google Calendar, launch the app and head to

3- Press the hamburger menu in the top-left of the screen.
4- And select Settings > General> Theme to turn it on there.
5- A “Choose Theme” dialog will appear. Choose theme style between :
Light
Dark
Set by battery saver
The app will refresh with the selected option. Once dark mode is activated, you will find the entire Google Calendar app will have a dark theme. The highlighted colors may be different, the background and navigation bar will now be dark grey. Android Q will see the new mode automatically turned on if their phone’s theme is set to dark.
