Go to instagram.com on your computer
Go to instagram profile of the user whose profile picture you want to download. Copy the Instagram profile link or Username.
To look up the profile picture of a user on Instagram go to instadps.com on a web browser on your computer. Enter the username of the picture you want to save.
And Click on the “Get Profile Photo” button.
You can now Click “Download” to download it on your phone or computer.
